I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my first of many down weeks before the 2014 season starts.  My workouts have been fun, the beer cold, and sleep plentiful.  Although the North Face 50K put Taylor and I down for a couple days, it was an amazing way to cap 2013, and I’m already looking forward to my “A” race next year – Ironman Lake Tahoe.  As I reflect back on some of the ups and downs of TNFEC, I wanted to share some of the shots we took along the way:
