Jesse is a casual ironman triathlete. He’s making good on his “Best at P.E.” award he won during high school by running multiple trail marathons, half marathons, and triathlons during the year. He’s happiest when running up steep hills in Marin County. He’s almost always wearing red, white, and blue, which coordinates well with his ironman medals.
Taylor’s interest in fitness occurred late in her college career when she decided to work off some of the late night boxed wine and burritos contributing to an extra 20 pounds on her frame. After an extended victory lap to mark her landslide victory in the high school “Journalist of the Year” polls, she’s decided to dust off her keyboard, and avoid the use of “I” and “me” in this blog as much as possible. Quick to reject labels, Taylor is not an athlete despite her affinity for early morning workouts, occasional marathons, and swimming, running, and biking in the same day – sometimes timed.
Thanks for liking my post. I, too run in Marin County and Sonoma County.. small world, but we live in the best part for running!
Early nights and compression tights; trails and ales… I love it!

Thank you for stopping by and following my blog out of your busy schedule. I’ve enjoyed perusing your posts especially as I am a long time runner, but this year my goal is to participate in a sprint triathlon before the year is out. Thank you for the inspiration and the follow!!
You two look great, but sweaty is definitely more fun. Looking forward to more from you guys.

Thanks for following my blog. i will do the same. I am not sure what a “casual” Ironman Triathlete is? Nothing casual about that in my book. I am impressed. Keep on keepin on. Nice picture of you guys as a couple.
