I anticipated blogging today about how I’m on the mend, how my sinus infection has cleared up, and how I’m back on the (triathlon) saddle again. Unfortunately, due to the stimulant properties of one of my sudafed-esque medications, I slept terribly, spending midnight to nearly 2am wide awake. Skipping my workout and squeezing in extra shut eye for a whopping total of six hours of sleep was completely necessary to handling a busy day at work. I’m planning on joining Jesse for his 6:45 track workout with SF Tri Club. I truly hate exercising post-work, but I’m going to try to do the best I can.
On a different note, I took some time taking photos of my walk to work; my commute is truly epic and filled with San Francisco landmarks.
