The best way for me to fall back into my route after being a little derailed (according to my Jawbone Up, my steps totaled 4,000 on Sunday, one of my worst days of steps ever) is to eat a big fish salad, move, and get outside. So yesterday, after returning home from Sonoma around lunchtime, Jesse and I walked to one of our favorite spots, Pacific Catch, for big ahi tuna salads, followed by a gentle three-mile trek up Mt. Tam.

This morning, I continued my road to recovery with a 5.5-mile run on my old standard, the Embarcadero.
